There are different types of hair, and care for each is different. So how to understand what you have, how to build your hair care, and what should you pay attention to?
Oddly enough, the hair and scalp types can differ quite often. Due to water quality, thermal effects, and health conditions, the skin can become over-dried, very oily, and even sensitive. As with the face, there are six main types of scalp: dry, normal, and oily.
THE MAIN HAIR TYPES:
NORMAL HAIR CARE
To maintain well-groomed and healthy-looking strands, it is enough for you to clean your head promptly with a mild shampoo without sulfates so as not to overload and weigh them down.
DRY HAIR CARE
Before using the shampoo, apply a moisturizing mask to the hair (1-2 times a week), and during the washing itself, actively massage the scalp. After each wash, be sure to use a nourishing conditioner or balm.
OILY HAIR CARE
Wash your hair as needed. You can use two shampoos: a low-acid cleanser and a neutral shampoo suitable for daily use. Alternate them so as not to dry the skin and get high-quality cleansing.
DAMAGED & DYED HAIR CARE
Frequent hot styling and lightning can significantly weaken the hair. To maintain a well-looking appearance, use professional products with a high concentration of caring ingredients and stock up on mild shampoo and balm for frequent use. Use shampoos with or without sulfates to maintain color.
LONG HAIR CARE
Trim split ends. Surprisingly, regular haircuts are the key to beautiful long hair, even though every centimeter counts. But the split ends neutralize all the success of conditioners, serums, and masks: if they are not cut, the splitting will rise higher and higher.
CURLY HAIR CARE
Usually, curls and waves are pretty porous and prone to dryness, so choosing the right shampoo that will not weigh down and nourishing balms and creams that will emphasize natural curls is essential.
